Taking OrCal to the next level

We saw great potential in the innovation and ingenuity at OrCal, a specialty crop chemical manufacturing organization in Eugene, OR.

The Situation

OrCal, a provider of specialty crop protectant products for high-value crops, was owned by two families who sought a buyer with deep industry expertise, a clear commitment to taking care of their existing employees, and the ability to act quickly and decisively without the delays of corporate bureaucracy.
